About The Chakra Shed
My spiritual studies started over 30 years ago and led me to discover USUI Reiki in 1997. I completed my level 3 in 2003 when I also qualified as a Complementary Therapist. I have since qualified in the Reiki modalities of Violet Flame and Tameana and hosted spiritual retreats and psychic fairs. I am passionate about traditional spirituality and will be running back to basics workshops from September 2025.
Personal Reiki Sessions
Working intuitively after a thorough consultation, all sessions will be tailored to your unique needs. They can be blended with massage, guided meditation and a tarot chakra card reading to look at your energies and blockages should you wish. I work from both my home and a treatment room in Birkenhead.
Group Events
Connect with like-minded individuals in our engaging group workshops. We will cover topics such as the basics of spiritual concepts, inner work, oracle card reading, journaling, protection, self healing techniques such as healing the inner child, cord cutting and more.
Wellbeing Wednesdays are held on the last Wednesday of the month and include psychic readings, 30 minute therapy sessions and more.
Spiritual Retreat
